We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions with legal effect on you.
3. Recipients
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) — website hosting and e-mail. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision.
- Google — only if you choose to display the Google Maps map (after consenting to external content) or follow links to Google; Google’s privacy policy then applies.
- Public authorities, only where required by law.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to us at contact@moftforestevents.ro; we reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP), 28–30 Gheorghe Magheru Blvd, Sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in your country of residence.
5. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored encrypted only, access to form data is restricted to MOFT administrators, and data is deleted automatically when the periods above expire.
